You will join as a Lever Specialist supporting the Strategic Account Services (SAS) team, playing a crucial role in empowering marketplace consultants who help retailers maximize their success on Amazon's third-party marketplace.

We're seeking a Lever Specialist to support our Marketplace Consultants team with expert knowledge and strategic insights.

You'll become a true program expert, helping to navigate ambiguity and drive success for our Strategic Account Services (SAS) Sellers.

What You'll Do: - Develop deep expertise across Amazon's programs (as Inventory Health Management, High Average Selling Price Items FBA solutions), becoming the go-to resource for Marketplace Consultants.

- Support Consultants, also participating in Seller Conversations, by providing in-depth knowledge and navigating complex scenarios in order to support Italian Selling Partners seeking an expert consultation.

- Analyze Program performance, identifying optimization opportunities across seller accounts.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve program execution.

- Create training materials to upskill Consultants on lever intricacies and best practices.

- Stay informed on lever changes, translating complex information into actionable insights.

- Contribute to strategic approaches leveraging multiple levers for seller success.
