**To keep it simple - your commitment to us**:

- Research, establish and develop strategic alliances and partnerships in the assigned territory

- Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value creation for strategic partners

- Develop and manage governance models and business plans with top system integrators

- Plan and manage contracts, product integration, technology sourcing with partners

- Partner with internal departments to create partner-focused, sales enablement materials, competitive positioning and a joint value proposition

- Drive partner enablement in order to foster partner-autonomous business results

- Participation in trade fairs and partner events

**Simply convincing - that's what you have up your sleeve**:

- More than 5 years of experience in selling dedicated SaaS/cloud/security solutions to high-end customers throughout the sales cycle

- Proven track record of building sustainable partner alliances, preferably with system integrators

- A positive, enthusiastic and motivated attitude to excel in a fast-paced and collaborative international environment

- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

- Fluent in English and Italian, additional language skills are a plus
