The role:
In this role, you will spearhead initiatives across People functions, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Cultural Advocacy and Compliance: Champion company values, maintain alignment with labor laws, and uphold internal policies in a high-performing, dynamic environment.
- Budget Management (ZBB): Manage People costs, oversee the budget cycle, and ensure optimized resource allocation.
- Payroll and Legal: Supervise the administrative and payroll activities and ensure the correct execution of all aspects of payroll and compensation. Manage ongoing communication with tax consultancy providers and legal consultancy on specific needs.
- People and Engagement Cycles: Execute People processes, provide structured guidance to line managers, oversee Engagement Surveys, and ensure actionable follow-ups.
- Excellence Programs: Implement and monitor programs for people and management excellence, track KPIs, and prepare for audits.
- Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, establish partnerships with universities and business schools, and strengthen employer branding.
- Digital Transformation: Lead the local rollout of tools like Workday, enhancing the organization's HR capabilities.
- Training and Development: Organize onboarding and training initiatives, support learning strategies, and collaborate with training providers for high-quality development programs.
- Employee Experience and Communication: Act as the go-to for People-related queries, enhance engagement through initiatives like Cheers and Lunch & Learn, and maintain effective internal communication.
- People Management: You will also be responsible for managing one or more junior team members ensuring their growth and development.

- 5+ years of experience in the HR Function and fluent English
- Strong influencing skills, capable of challenging and inspiring others.
- Highly results-focused with exceptional attention to detail.
- Resilient and adaptable, thriving in ambiguity and change.
- Proven leadership and people management abilities.
- Proactive problem solver with a structured, analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at fostering collaboration and building trust.
- Knowledgeable in employment legislation and compliance.
- Tech-savvy, experienced with HR tools and digital transformation projects.
