**Siemens Mobility** is looking for an Apprentice who will be trained as Strategic Buyer in Milan within the Mobility Procurement & Logistics area.

Your Challenge As a Strategic Buyer some of your main activities will be:

- generate value and productivity leverage on supplier base;

- prepare and conduct negotiations;

- scouting the market to find out the best solutions based on business needs;

- supporting business processes, development of new methodologies, procedures and tools in the project business field;

- develop suppliers and partners to achieve a reliable and sustainable supply chain in the related Siemens business;

- Ensure a close cooperation with Internal Customers (requisitioners) to ensure customer care and early involvement;

- act as business enabler.

**Required entry qualifications**:

- You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract

- You are fresh graduate/about to graduate in Engineering or Economics

- Proficiency in English and Italian

- Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills;

- Ability to work in a changing environment

- Passion to never-stop growing

- Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
