If you are a Native French Speaker with English (and ideally Italian) Consultant, ready to do an international experience in our Assago's Offices in Milan, an interest in supporting the development of consulting project and a desire to grow in a new team and a predisposition to communication, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

Valuement is seeking a highly analytical Strategic Consultant to join our team in Milan.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the FMCG, GDO and Retail industry in France and will be responsible for providing strategic advice and support to our French speaker clients in the retail and distribution sector.

Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Manage end-to-end consulting project activities, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.

Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Business Development: Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities within the retail fashion industry.

Participate in client pitches, proposal development, and lead generation activities.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique business needs.

Collaborate closely with clients to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with their goals.

Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of the retail fashion market, including market trends, consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.

Translate findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients.

Digital Innovation: Participate in the functional development of IT solutions (workflow, RPA) that can help customers in the digital innovation process.

Profile Requirements: Qualifications and Skills: Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Engineering.

2-3 years experience in a consulting environment.

Positive approach and ability to work as a team.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, (proficiency in Power BI is considered a plus).

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels.

Fluency in English and Italian is required.

Additional languages are a plus.
