The Repack & Secured Financing team deals with high touch financing and investment solutions for bank, insurance, public sector and corporate clients across geographies.

The team has an international footprint and deals with a variety of products across equity, fixed income, and credit markets.

The team works in close alignment with Sales, Trading and across competence lines, in pre-execution, execution and post execution phases of transactions.

We are looking for a person who has at least 3 years of structuring / trading experience, is analytically strong, comfortable working in a dynamic environment, and with a mindset to minimize time-to-market.

**Focus will be on Strategic Equity Solutions like equity based financing (e. g.

margin financing, collar financing), hedging transactions (e. g.

forward, collar) and other derivative based financing transactions (e. g.

total return swaps.

**Job description

- Responsible for the development of financing solutions and investment product ideas for **Corporate** and Institutional clients

- Focus will be on **Strategic Equity Solutions**, but very much integrated into Repack & Financing solutions team**:

- Structuring tasks will include:

- develop winning trade ideas and products in a competitive market environment

- create suitable client pitches

- perform pricing indications

- transaction documentation

- work on optimizing refinancing, capital consumption, effective risk reduction

- support of sales/origination in marketing efforts and joining client meetings

- navigate dynamic regulatory environment

- contribute to digitalization and infrastructure projects

- manage trade approvals

- Work in close partnership with origination and trading as well as with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure

Requisiti

**What we can expect from you

- Solid practical knowledge in **Derivatives** and **Financial **markets

- Several years (**3-5 years**) of **structuring/trading** experience

- Experience in **Strategic Equity Solutions**:

- **Proactive** and client-oriented mind-set

- Desire to innovate the business, based on **excellent analytical skills** and **strong resilience**:

- **Strong commitment** to personal and team goals

- Knowledge **Sophis **or Murex or a comparable trading system is a plus

- Fluent in **English** and knowledge of **Italian** or French or German is a plus
