**Requirements**:

The role is based in Milan with constant communication/collaboration with the international team in Berlin.

The main responsibilities will be:

- Work closely with CEO/COO to develop and implement value propositions for Business growth

- Support Business to provide differentiated offerings to scale business

- Recommend improvements to processes and policies to drive operational efficiencies

- Help coordinate and finalize action on critical business plans

- Providing financial analysis and support

- Independently lead strategic initiatives specific to the business unit in close coordination with top and senior management

- Researching and analyzing data

- Understand business goals;

- Support in coordination, preparation and finalization of Board related matters

- Providing administrative support

**What do you bring?

- Currently studying for MBA or Master degree in a finance/innovation-related field (Business, Management, Finance, Economics, etc.

)
