**Strategic Insight Associate

**Position purpose**:

We offer an exciting opportunity for a junior profile as a **Strategic Insight Associate at JTI Italy **within the Marketing Department.

The** Strategic Insight Associate **will support the Strategic & Insight Manager in providing key stakeholders with insightful consumer & market data and analysis, contributing to the definition of the portfolio, brand and trade strategies.

**What will you do - responsibilities**:

- Monitor, track and develop insightful analysis on market dynamics and JTI & Key Competitors performance

- Support the implementation of market research projects, ensuring ad-hoc recurrent consumer & market analysis and reports

- Build and assemble PowerPoint decks and presentation content, using extracted insights from research data.

- Establish an open dialogue with other functions and colleagues, anticipating potential business needs and market trends to deep dive

**Who are we looking for - requirements**:

- University Degree in Economics or Statistics preferred

- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in similar roles (within FMCG companies or Research Institutes preferred)

- Fluent English, Italian as primary language

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent planning and organization skills

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
