MISSION

Supports Strategic Marketing and M&A team to analyse markets, industries and sales insights strategic with the aim to provide solid recommendations at Corporate and Business management

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

- Analyzes databases and reports in order to extract the most relevant market insights and trends (by geography, sector, product type, etc.

)

- Communicates market researches and insights to different stakeholders through solid and impactful presentations

- Uses sales measurement models and diagnostic tools to help identify sales performance indicators and key areas of opportunity

- Supports the management of the multi-client market research portfolio, through direct interactions with external market research suppliers

- Provides analysis of competitors' economic-financial results (annual reports, balance sheets)

- Elaborates and maintains datasets with the most relevant competitors' data analyzing their strategic initiatives and market positioning

- Identifies the Customers sample based on the strategic objective to investigate and collects customer contacts through interactions with Sales Teams

- Identifies the key points of the investigation to build the questionnaire and customize it with the actual strategical objectives

- Carries out the Customers survey and manages its analysis and the presentation of the main evidence

- Manages the periodical requests of Bonfiglioli Sales data from Sector Associations and Market research providers

- In collaboration with other Functions, collets, process and share internal data according to requests

**KEY REQUIREMENTS

- Data Analysis

- Office (Excel, Powerbi, Word, PP)

- Fluent English

- Possible experience in B2B sector is a plus

- Power BI is a plus

- Excellent communication skills and problem solving attitude
