Your role at ITIT COSMETICS

Such talent is responsible for driving innovation in both product and communication development lifecycle according to profitability terms, timing and execution processes, ensuring our company remains at the forefront of the industry.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Implementation and definition of the Marketing Plan.

- Responsible for structuring and updating marketing presentation for internal and external usage.

- National and international trade show management, from logistic aspects to identification and creation of new marketing concepts and related capsule collections creation.

- Together with our Graphic Design Team and external Marketing Communication Agency is responsible for the creation of institutional images and of products too.

- Collaborate with our Graphic Design Team on elevated product and pack design.

- ITIT' social media management.

- Great support for the Sales Team in terms of new business development and client engagement.

- Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, trends, and competitive landscape in the cosmetics industry.

- Ideation, creation and implementation of new launches in terms of product development and communication.

- Analyze market data and consumer feedback to identify opportunities for product differentiation and positioning.

- Stay updated on industry innovations, emerging technologies, and market trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

- Creation and management of communication campaigns together with external Marketing Communication Agency.

- Work in synergy with the other company functions involved: Technical Director, R&D Team, Packaging Division, Sales Team.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Degree or Master in Marketing, Economics or Business Management.

- 3+ years' experience in a similar role for a beauty company or contract manufacturing reality.

- Passionate about the beauty, fashion and social media world.

- Excellent creative, strategic & analytical skills

- Fluent in English (written and oral conversation)

- Good knowledge of Office
