ab medica, to strengthen the made in ab business line, is looking for a: STRATEGIC MARKETING MANAGER responsible for leading marketing strategies for the made in ab pipeline and developing innovative solutions for the market.

What will you do?

Define specific marketing objectives for the made in ab pipeline Analyze the existing portfolio and market trends to identify new business opportunities and turn them into actionable products or services Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals Analyze sales and marketing metrics to monitor results and optimize activities Forecast market trends to guide strategic decisions Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities Generate innovative ideas to promote the brand, existing products, or develop new solutions Address advertising needs to support company initiatives Use customer feedback to enhance satisfaction and feed the product or service pipeline Collaborate with internal teams to implement successful strategies You are the right person if: You have proven experience as a Marketing Strategist, or similar roles, preferably in the healthcare sector You have demonstrable experience in new product development and portfolio management You possess strong analytical skills to interpret data and market trends You have excellent communication skills and a strong innovation mindset You are skilled in working on cross-functional projects and managing multidisciplinary teams You are fluent in English (B2 level or higher) Preferably residing in Northern Italy or Central Italy (Lazio) What will you find at ab medica?
