STRATEGIC MARKETING MANAGER responsible for leading marketing strategies for the made in ab pipeline and developing innovative solutions for the market.

What will you do? Define specific marketing objectives for the made in ab pipelineAnalyze the existing portfolio and market trends to identify new business opportunities and turn them into actionable products or servicesDesign and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goalsAnalyze sales and marketing metrics to monitor results and optimize activitiesForecast market trends to guide strategic decisionsConduct market research to identify new growth opportunitiesGenerate innovative ideas to promote the brand, existing products, or develop new solutionsAddress advertising needs to support company initiativesUse customer feedback to enhance satisfaction and feed the product or service pipelineCollaborate with internal teams to implement successful strategiesYou are the right person if: You have proven experience as a Marketing Strategist, or similar roles, preferably in the healthcare sectorYou have demonstrable experience in new product development and portfolio managementYou possess strong analytical skills to interpret data and market trendsYou have excellent communication skills and a strong innovation mindsetYou are skilled in working on cross-functional projects and managing multidisciplinary teamsYou are fluent in English (B2 level or higher)Preferably residing in Northern Italy or Central Italy (Lazio)What will you find at ab medica?
