**JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The mission of the Strategic Marketing Planner is to lead strategic cross-functional workstreams and ensure alignment with the long-term ambition of the brand. This includes creating Global Brand Guidelines for 5-year plans, supporting the development of annual guidelines, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. The position also plays a key role in team development, budget monitoring, and assuring long-term alignment across the organization.
The main challenges of the role include navigating complex cross-functional dynamics, managing multiple projects and stakeholders, and staying updated with market trends for innovative marketing strategies. The success factors for the position are strong strategic thinking, effective communication and collaboration, exceptional project and process management, and the ability to drive the brand's growth through successful execution of cross-functional initiatives.
**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES
- Lead strategic cross-functional workstreams that drive the long-term ambition of the brand.
- Own creation of Global Brand Guidelines (5Years Plans) in collaboration with full brand term.
- Project planning & monitoring of global brand projects.
- Play key role in the development of our winning team through engagement plans, creation of offsite moments and day-to-day support.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration through process development and evolution.
- Own monitoring of central brand budget.
- Assuring long-term alignment across the organization.
**TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of marketing principles, including market research, product positioning, and segmentation
- Demonstrated ability to execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels
- Proficient in analyzing target audience insights and translating them into actionable marketing plans
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address challenges proactively
- Exceptional project and process management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and drive business growth
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively and positively communicate complex marketing strategies to lead cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of collaborating with diverse teams and successfully leading them towards shared goals
