Working within an international context, a willingness to undertake frequent travel to key market areas and fluency in English are essential requirements for this role.

Proficiency in French and/or another European language would be advantageous. The successful candidate will be a passionate, creative, curious, and ambitious beauty enthusiast who can proactively manage projects with a results-oriented approach. Within the Strategic Marketing division, with a particular focus on the European market, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities: Promoting innovationand strategically significant products to a select group of brands within the target area, developing anin-depth understanding of the client, product line, positioning, and performance; Developing promotional strategiesand promotionalcalendarsfor assigned clients; Monitoring and updatingclients portfolio diagnostics and shares of wallets; Observing and analyzing allnew product launchesby brands, identifyingcompetitorsandportfolio gaps; Analyzing market trendsboth globally and locally (beauty, fashion, design, art, social media, etc.

); Organizing and managinginstitutional eventsandclient visitsaimed at promoting products, including related relationship-building activities; Contributing to the development of Product Plans, with a focus on defining the marketing positioning and specific needs of the target market; Generating innovative product ideasthrough dedicated brainstorming sessions; Collaborating on exploringgrowth opportunities within the target market; Analyzing, monitoring, and disseminatingmarket data;Key requirements MastersMicrosoft Office Package (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), understands the basics of Adobe Package, SAP ERP and PowerBI; Team-oriented individualwith the ability to navigate complex organizational structures; Possesses strong analytical skillsand isresults-driven, adept at handling pressure, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing tasks effectively; Creative thinkerwith apassionate interestin the cosmetic industry, particularly the color cosmetics segment; Demonstrates transparency, integrity, and a strong desire for continuous learning.

Exhibits excellent public speaking skillsand the ability to effectively present products and sell concepts, both domestically and internationally.
