Strategic Partner Manager, Content Partnerships

**About the job**:
In this role, you will initiate and manage day-to-day operations and partner relationships, fielding and prioritizing incoming requests, troubleshooting partner systems around reporting, content management, Content ID, and creating periodic reports (external and internal) on partner performance.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and optimize existing partnerships to improve business growth and user experience, while maintaining direct relationships with key partners.
- Identify new opportunities (e. g.
unlocking of new content) with existing partners by finding creative ways to jointly contribute to the partner's overall goals in digital on YouTube.
- Develop commercial video strategies with partners, and work cross-functionally to ensure effective plan execution.
- Deliver audience development and content strategy workshops to partners to grow their business on YouTube.
- Develop agreements, interpret legal documents, and work with attorneys to complete and sustain effective relationships with key external counterparts.
