This role will support the development and implementation of international strategic partnerships with high-end international universities and Higher Education Institutes from the fashion, art, design and business fields, through close working with academic and administrative departments based across Istituto Marangoni network of schools, according to the internationalisation strategy of the Group.

You will be supporting the Head of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships in sourcing, attracting, implementing and developing strategic B2B relationships with universities and tertiary institutions in accordance with the company's objectives and strategic goals.

**Key purpose of the role**:

**Partnerships management activities - **Support the Head of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships in defining the Group Strategic Partnerships Guidelines - setting clear universities selection criteria, analysing opportunities and critical aspects, and proposing new KPIs - and share them with academic and administrative departments based across Istituto Marangoni network.

Manage with precision and timely manner an organized database of all the active partnerships, keeping trace of the whole contact history and development.

Manage all the marketing materials developed for each Strategic Partnerships, such as Admission Form and dedicated presentations.

Raise the awareness of Istituto Marangoni faculty on an international scale, through a dedicated plan of visiting lecturers and faculty exchange with key partner universities.

Collaborate with the Web Marketing and the Social Media Departments in the development of a dedicated section for Strategic Partnerships under Istituto Marangoni main website, and in the posting of contents related to partnership initiatives.

**Partnerships coordination activities - **Collaborate with academic and administrative departments of Istituto Marangoni Headquarters and Schools to properly coordinate the process of receiving students from partner universities via any of the mobility initiatives (such as Semester Abroad Programmes, Tailor-Made Courses, Articulation Agreement or any form of partnership models).

**Partnerships development activities - **Expand the number of international collaborations through a proactive approach in scouting new potential partners, as well as a solid negotiation and relation attitude towards existing liaisons, according to a clear geographical strategy.

**Education and skills**:

- Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred)

- At least 2-3 years of experience in International University Partnerships within the Higher Education sector (preferred)

- Professional background in either design or business Higher Education is preferred

- Good fluent English and Italian are mandatory, and knowledge of a third language is preferred

- Leadership, responsiveness, and proactivity

- Empathic attitude and negotiation skills in the relationships with partner universities

- Program writing ability, excellent spoken and written communication, public speaking

- Organizational skills, flexibility and ability to manage unpredictable events

- Technical skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and the Macintosh environment

- Ability to have a thoughtful approach able to define the medium/long strategies
