Descrizione del lavoro
Your **to-do** list:
- Craft **omnichannel strategies unlocking client's growth**, sourcing from multidisciplinary team contribution: media, research & Insights, data science, content and cross industry category leads
- ** Design outstanding presentations** aimed to successful driving the client's attention and orienting decisions
- Team up with senior strategists and business teams in **face-to-face presentations** to clients, both at local and global scale.
- Lead **consumer analysis** (socio-demo / attitudinal / behavioral profile, media use, digital approach, consumer portrait development) with the production of insights through the use of databases (proprietary or market), desk research, or activating qualitative / quantitative research (online Survey / Focus groups).
- ** Category analysis** with identification of the main trends, framing of the competitive context, monitoring of key players, identification of the challenges for the brands being analyzed; including marketing mix modeling or attribution analysis.
- Clients' **business and brand understanding**, crafting media activations and consumer insights into holistic projects that talk to all the stakeholders.
- Use of the main market data sources (consumer based, media investment, media fruition, digital behavioral data).

**Starcom **is looking for a professional to be included in the Strategy team with the role of **Strategic Planner** (2/4 years of experience).
In this role you will be shaping our clients' future, combining client's **business understanding**, **consumer insights** and the vision of how media **unlock client's growth** in the platform world.
You will partner with brilliant people, both at **local and global** scale, working in the field of **business, media, content, data science, ecommerce** to frame outstanding omnichannel media strategies delivering results.
Qualifiche
If in your **past experience**:
- You developed **fluency in understanding Client business goals**:
- You developed skills in **building communication platforms**:
- You developed skills in **decoding advertising challenges and solutions**:
- You developed strategy vision, from analysis to execution and measurement
- You developed skills in processing business data
- you developed excellent knowledge of **Excel, Power Point and Word**:
- ** you developed at least 3/4 years of experience** in the same or similar role
- you got the ability to use tools to query and analyze market and / or proprietary databases
- you developed good knowledge of the main business, brand and communication KPIs and their understanding
- you developed **familiarity with the interpretation of quantitative and qualitative research outputs**:
- you got the ability to synthesize and extrapolate key learnings to be applied to strategy documents
- you developed g**ood knowledge of media advertising offer in the market and relative KPI / media monitoring**:
- you developed experiences in working with analysts on marketing mix model applied to media campaigns
