Azienda Multinazionale del settore Automotive ricerca figura di Strategic PMO Logistics da inserire all'interno dell'area Part Operation a Torino.
- Establish and manage the Parts Logistics Engineering PMO function, providing leadership, guidance and support to the project team
- Bridges the gap between the company's primary stakeholders, customers and the teams working on the projects.
- Ensures projects are prioritized and aligned to short and long-term goals of the business
- Provide regular project status updates, risk assessments and performance reports to executive-level stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommending corrective actions as necessary
- Guarantees that the right people have access to the right information to make decisions
- Ensures that projects are staying within the planned time and budget
- Makes sure that enterprise resources are utilized in the most efficient manner
- Is able to gather, analyze and share financial information about the budget, forecast, actuals, etc.
- Responsible for the development and successful implementation of suitable strategies to optimize the parts operations processes.
- Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
- Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables
- Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Providing financial reports and budget outlines to executives.
- Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.
- Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
- Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
PMO establishes a governance framework to have a structured approach to govern the processes and projects, centralizes information and deliver it to the right stakeholders.
It is to ensure that the management makes informed and timely decisions for the success of the business.
It involves various stakeholders like team members, project managers, project sponsors, etc.
These stakeholders have well-defined roles, responsibilities, and decision-making capacities.
- Proven track record in interaction with executive level management (e. g. , conducting Steering Committees)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations, identify critical issues, and develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
