**Your Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Manage the relationship with internal client, stakeholders and external consultants providing a strong level of clarity and accuracy in sharing information and support in coordinating activities related to different projects
- Preparation of reports for monitoring activities
- Support in driving strategic objectives and coordinating operational activities within a specific team, including: managing operational processes, leading internal projects and initiatives to assist strategic imperatives, assisting leaders to improve people engagement, identifying opportunities for improvement and leveraging opportunities to influence group strategy
- Advise CEO on organizational strategic topics and help translate strategic vision into action
- Continuous focus on process improvement, ROI measures, cost effectiveness / efficiency by sharing best practices and take a leading role in cost reduction initiatives
- Drive connectivity across units; serve as an organizational connector
- Oversee project management on key programs and initiatives
- Build visibility and insights on investments to support data driven decision making process
**Education & Experience**:
- 4-6 years of experience working in a Counsulting Company as Project Manager or Business Analyst
- Ability to adapt to changing environment
- Ability to engage in highly confidential discussions and maintain trust in all interactions
- Strong communications skills, excellent influencing skills and the ability to deal diplomatically with politically sensitive issues and situations
- Passion about getting things done and goal orientation
- Ability to make and understand the impact of complex prioritization decisions under pressure
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, spoken and written
