Strategic Sales Account ManagerWhat you will be responsible for:
Professional Recruitment is looking for a Strategic Sales Account Manager who will promote Brand's services to customers and will negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing profits and expanding the purpose with The Importante Azienda Group. Within the Italian market and in the Sales Team of Professional Talent Solutions in Ital, he/she is the key point of contact between the Sales Team, the organization and the client base, answering queries, giving advice and introducing new way to work and training.
According to Head of Sales he/she needs to provide sales guidance and direction to Professional Recruitment colleagues. Work includes:
Establishing new business opportunitiesReviewing sales performanceOrganizing sales visitsSupport Head of Sales in managing and increase current go-to-marketAiming to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targetsUtilizing consultative approach to close sales recommending customers on services and contracts availableDefining service/brand updates to make teams efficient and preparedPushing our Selling Team on cross selling and business developmentDeveloping a strategic partnership in the Group inItaly and abroadFacilitating on every team member an approach of business partnership with customersMaintaining accurate records and improve sales tool adoption and usage (sales force)Promoting the whole portfolio of services provided by Talent Solutions and support in leading Professional Recruitment on thisKey skills for sales executives:
