Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sr.
Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team.
In this key role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling enterprise software licenses to businesses across various industries.
You will leverage your strong sales and negotiation skills to build and cultivate long-term customer relationships while exceeding sales quotas.
Key Responsibilities Sales Execution: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target accounts.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate target markets and achieve sales goals.
Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
Negotiate and close complex software license agreements Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.
Accurately forecast and track sales activity and progress within the CRM system.
Market Development: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Identify and pursue new market segments and verticals.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and build brand awareness.
Teamwork & Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other sales team members, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
Share best practices and knowledge within the sales organization.
Provide valuable customer feedback to product development and marketing teams.
Requirements and Skills 5+ years of experience in direct sales within SaaS organization or Software industry English fluency Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, with a strong focus on B2B licensing.
Deep understanding of the target industry sector such as Telecommunication s , Energy, Transportation and experience in managing large enterprises Deep understanding of the software sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, needs analysis, solution selling, and closing (e. g.
Meddic methodology) Strategic thinker with strong executive-level relationship-building skills Extensive CXO network Proficiency in CRM systems (e. g. , Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
