Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career? We are looking for a Strategic Workforce Planning digitalization to join our Headquarter at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO).
You will hierarchically report to the Head of Organization, Strategic Workforce Planning & Reward and you will be responsible for the process of digitization of strategic workforce planning, supporting the digital transformation of Lamborghini organizational operations through innovative system solutions. You will be responsible to develop, improve, and monitor workforce planning in line with Group System guidelines (long and short term) for the company as a whole, direct & indirect, based on competencies in line with Lamborghini's 10 years Cycle Plan, business target, and Company development. Your main activities will be:Development and Implementation of Digital SolutionsDevelop, improve, and monitor the digitization of strategic workforce planning. Support the development and implementation of innovative system solutions to digitalize organizational operations through a holistic approach (synergies among processes, projects, roles & skills, organizational sizing) in collaboration with the team and other units. Utilize advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence, to optimize HR processes and improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with the team on the development and implementation of new tools to support processes and possible AI implementations. Strategic Workforce PlanningAnalyze and forecast competency and role needs in line with Lamborghini's 10-Year Cycle Plan. Develop long and short-term strategic workforce planning for both direct and indirect personnel performing with digital solutions in collaboration with Organization Design & Workforce Planning. Coordination of Cross-Functional MeetingsOrganize and lead meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of HR strategies with business objectives. Facilitate communication and collaboration among different departments to support digital transformation. Project ManagementPlan, execute, and monitor Workforce planning projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Use project management methodologies to manage resources, risks, and changes throughout the project lifecycle. Support the Team as PM monitoring Projects and Activities, collecting and elaborating inputs from the Team and harmonizing the Information. Innovation and Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities for adopting new technologies and innovative practices in human resources. Monitor industry trends and implement continuous improvements to keep Lamborghini at the forefront of HR management. Data Analysis and ReportingUse data analysis tools to monitor HR performance and provide detailed reports to executives. Develop advanced dashboards and reporting to support data-driven strategic decisions. HR plan data communication to the Group, through common IT group systems. Close cooperation with Organization and Workforce planning, Organization and Process transformation, and HR Analytics and Global Reporting. About You and Technical SkillsBachelor's degree / Master's in Data Science and Business Analytics is a plus. 2-4 years of experience in Organization (Structures, Processes, Roles), IT Systems, and solutions. Fluent in English and Italian; German will be considered a plus. Data Science and Business Analytics. Systems implementation and AI. Statistics, Reporting, and Planning. Project Management.
