Job Description - Strategy & Innovation Associate (2506231115W) Description Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Strategy & Innovation Associate to join our team located in Latina, Italy on a 12 months fixed term contract.

What you will be doing: Support the Quotation Process: Defining quotes, interacting with internal and external stakeholders such as TLI and VCL, to prepare the necessary material for new product quotations (NPI) and/or for the review of existing quotes based on new requirements. Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement of the quotation process, challenging the status quo to make the process increasingly efficient and accurate. Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with the PMO & Digital Manager and the Director Ops Ex, Digital and Strategy in defining the company strategy through detailed analyses on capacity and possible scenarios in relation to changing conditions. Innovation: Support the Site innovation process, being involved in the governance of the process and interacting with various departments to optimize it.

Support and foster all innovation initiatives at the Platform level, and interact with the Business Excellence Department to create the value stream derived from innovation projects (CIP, Cost Avoidance, JJOS, Capability Building). Digital Transformation: Support the PMO & Digital Manager in implementing strategic projects regarding the digital transformation of the site. Engage with stakeholders at various levels to communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively. Qualifications We would love to hear from you, if you have the following essential requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, statistics and other similar sciences. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in English is required (B1 level and above). Other qualifications that will be considered as a nice to have: Proven experience in operational strategy, project management, or related roles, preferably within a manufacturing or technology-driven environment. Knowledge of basis of GMP is considered preferred requirement. Knowledge of MS Excel is considered preferred requirement. Knowledge of SAP is considered preferred requirement. Usage of data aggregation suite like MS Power BI or Tableau are considered a nice to have requirement. What type of mark will YOU make?
