About the Role: As a Strategy Analyst, you will be part of the Strategy & Product Development team and have the chance to work alongside the Director of the team.

You will tackle complex business challenges and use your skills to help the implementation of several projects in their start-up phase.

Responsibilities: Assist in developing in-depth market analysis, benchmarking studies, and positioning assessments to enhance business cases for Arsenale train projects globally.

Additionally, participate in meetings with external consultants involved in these analyses. Support the team by meticulously managing projects under our strategic direction, guaranteeing timely delivery of tasks across various group teams. Collaborate on crafting compelling presentations and documents for investor meetings, strengthening communication and securing vital partnerships. Develop and refine financial models to ensure project profitability and inform strategic decisions through data analysis. Join our team as we tackle crucial interventions and navigate unforeseen obstacles within your assigned projects. Qualifications: Bachelor/Master's degree in economics, business administration, finance, or engineering. Some professional experience during summer internships. Skilled user of MS Office applications with a sense for technology and analytics. Confident communication in Italian and English; any further languages would be an advantage. Eager to learn and grow, enjoy challenging the status quo, and take an interest in the bigger picture. Detail-oriented with a strong solution-driven mindset.
