Our customer is a major international Italian Group.

For them, we are looking for a STRATEGY ASSET MANAGER Reporting to the Group Strategy, Marketing and Business Development Director we are looking for a Strategy Manager focusing on Asset Management.

This position will allow the successful candidate to contribute to the development of the industrial plan for 2026-2028, focusing on optimizing asset utilization and performance across all Operating Companies.

This role offers significant professional growth and the chance to shape key operational strategies at a Group Level.

MAIN OBJECTIVES Drive asset management excellence to support Group's growth.

Align asset optimization strategies with the Group's strategic objectives.

MAIN ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate and support the development of the strategic roadmap of Group projects in each Group company, in alignment with the assigned references and/or teams.

Develop and implement asset management plans to support organic growth across OpCo.

Coordinate the planning and execution of the project workstreams with the different functions of the Group involved, with each company of the Group, and with the central project team.

Manage the updating and synchronization of project activities between the different companies of the Group, including monitoring of plans and activities, organization and management of coordination meetings, management of internal communication regarding the progress of activities, interaction with senior executives of the group companies and with operational teams, etc.

Conduct strategic quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify areas of improvement in asset utilization and performance.

Design frameworks for monitoring key asset-related KPIs.

Collaborate with OpCo leaders to integrate group-wide asset strategies.

Act as PMO for cross-functional asset management projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.

Support the integration of advanced tools and technologies for asset monitoring.

REQUIREMENTS Experience in asset management, strategy, business planning, and strategic project execution.

Strong analytical skills and experience with performance monitoring.

Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian or Spanish is a plus.

Willingness to travel for cross-functional projects.

WORK LOCATION The selected candidate will initially be integrated into the Italian Holding Company (Milan) and subsequently develop a professional career in Spain (Madrid).
