Tasks**:

- Implementing of national and international consultancy projects in various industries

- Leading of challenging projects in the areas of Strategy and Organization at the client's site in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

- Guiding customers with innovative ideas in creating a competitive advantage and leverage it through innovative organization concepts

- Creating the deployment plan and sustain the customer in its implementation, obtaining relevant bottom-line results

**Qualifications**:

- Successfully completed degree in Economics, Engineering or an equivalent education, MBA is a preferred requirement

- 4 or plus years of experience in a leading management consulting company

- Language proficiency in Italian and English are mandatory as well as a very good knowledge of German and/or French

- Excellent presentation and communication skills

- Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for changes

- Team spirit and flexibility

The role of consultant requires a full willingness to travel (80% of the work time at customers'site).
