As a Management Consultant, you could be involved in the following tasks:

Market analysis, assessment and benchmarking of the distributive and operative business models of FSI clients;

Delivering valuable insights and designing and implementing business change with a focus on people and process;

Definition of business cases to evaluate the project costs;

Optimizing client processes using analytic;

Using design led thinking to enhance client customer experience;

Design and modeling of theprojects in terms of strategic guidelines and the statement of work necessary to complete the projects;

Analysis and putting into operation the solutions identified in order to support their correct execution (e. g.

definition of the business processes).

Main requirements:

Master's Degree in economic disciplines;

1- 3 years of experience gained in a Importante Azienda Company (focus FSI)

Excellent analytical and synthesis skills;

Ability to work in team;

Excellent interpersonal skills;

Fluent English.
