To strengthen our team in Milan, we are looking for excellent Strategy Consultants in Operations and High Performance Organization.

Key Responsibilities Lead international interdisciplinary teams at customer's site with a focus on transforming their operations and obtaining a competitive advantage. Guide clients with innovative ideas to increase the performance of production processes and logistics, reduce process costs, and improve customer satisfaction. Link operations improvements to client's strategic targets and drive change through measurable results. Leverage Digital Tools and Industry 4. 0 Use Cases as enablers of superior performance in operations. Qualifications 4 or more years of experience in production management of multinational companies, preferably in industrial goods or consumer goods sectors. Experience in leading resources directly. Successfully completed degree in Engineering or equivalent education; MBA is preferred. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Big picture understanding, entrepreneurial spirit, and enthusiasm for change. Language proficiency in Italian and English; German is a plus. The role of consultant requires full willingness to travel (80% of the work time at customers' site).
