To strengthen our team in Milan, we are looking for excellent Industrial Automation Consultants.

Key Responsibilities

- In the role, you will lead international interdisciplinary teams at customer's site with a focus on transforming their automation strategy and obtaining a customer competitive advantage

- You will guide our clients with innovative ideas to increase their data quality and create new sales and marketing strategies to target clients 'customers

- You will help the clients in designing and implementing industrial automation systems working on process improvement including technical solutions that leverage process automation technologies

- You will work closely with the client to analyze and review the organization processes that align R&D, Sales & Production departments

- You will be asked to help the clients in developing plans for new or existing automated systems, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance

- You will leverage on your deep knowledge of technologies, digital tools and use cases to provide feasibility studies and business cases to define the best solutions for our clients to increase efficiency and reduce costs

**Qualifications

**Qualifications**Qualifications

- 4 or more years of experience in industrial automation of multinational companies, preferable in industrial goods or consumer goods sectors

- Experience in leading directly resources

- Successfully completed degree in Engineering or an equivalent education, MBA is a preferred requirement

- Excellent presentation and communication skills

- Big Picture understanding, entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for changes

- Language proficiency in Italian and English, German is a plus

The role of consultant requires a full willingness to travel (80% of the work time at customers' site).
