We are looking for a Strategy Director to to be employed in our Milan office.

- Role Purpose

- He/she will lead the integrated communication strategy on key clients and pitches.

Key Accountabilities:

- Client brand & communication consultancy. - Definition of clients' brand mid to long term vision & positioning design. - Provocative creative briefing & inspiration for groundbreaking work. - Pitch and new business strategic leadership. - Consumer research planning. - Integrated comms planning. - Client growth strategy & measurement frameworks definition. - Talent mentoring.

- Person Specification

- We are looking for someone in love with brands and their long term growth.

- Someone curious about learning from others and collaborating with a vast team of talented experts - from influencer marketing to social media to live events to branded entertainment to luxury PR, ecommerce design and some of the best media planning in town.
