Strategy Director - Bologna, Italia - Culture Digitali Srl Strateg Director to lead the Strategy area and contribute to its management and development.

You will be responsible for the business unit Strategy, methodologically and operationally, managing a team dedicated to defining verticals of offer in brand strategy, digital strategy and social media strategy.

Required qualifications: Main responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Guide the creation, implementation and measurement of off and online strategies. Ensure that the strategies are innovative, effective and well aligned with the client's objectives. Team Management: Supervise and develop a team of off and online strategists, ensuring that the team is motivated, informed and focused on achieving objectives. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, translate them into effective off and online strategies and ensure that client expectations are exceeded. Analysis and Research: Conduct in-depth market research and data analysis to identify trends, opportunities and threats in the digital market. Innovation and Creativity: Implement innovative and creative approaches in digital strategies to stand out in the market. Brand Strategy Competence: Ability to develop and implement effective branding strategies, including brand positioning, brand identity, communication channels and storytelling. Effective Communication: Present and communicate strategies to clients and internal team members in a clear and convincing manner. Budget Management: Ensure that all strategy activities are within assigned budgets, optimizing resources to maximize return on investment. Interfunctional Collaboration: Work with other departments (e. g. marketing, creative, technical) to ensure integrated and cohesive strategy, supporting also pitching and upselling functions. Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor the performance of implemented strategies and make necessary optimizations. Strategic thinking ability. Result-oriented mindset.
