We have an opportunity for a **Strategy** **Director - maternity cover and we offer 1-year temporary contract**.

- Knowledgeable in brand building and creative strategy, but at the same time are confident enough to break those rules to push the work to new, unexplored places;

**What you will do
- Create and steward big brand strategies, clearly defining them and building them over multiple campaigns/activities;
- Be a culture geek and spot cultural opportunities for brands to behave differently, creating new ways to connect with people;
- Develop inspiring creative briefs and work closely with your creative partner to push the work to the best it can be;
- Architect communication strategies with the intent to drive behavior change and cultural relevance;
- Own the strategic vision and creative output for assigned business;
- Forge relationship with day-to-day clients, including presenting and selling through;
- Inspire our teams to deliver world class creative and strategy innovation;
- Mentor junior team members with the intent of guiding them and help them grow;
- Partner with the data and insight team, to research and identify opportunities in culture;
- Be involved in new business
**Qualifications** What you will have done before
- You have at least 7 year's experience in international agencies and/or for international brands
- You master both brand planning and creative strategy, with a focus on cultural strategy;
- You have a proven track record of implementing holistic communications strategies;
- You can uncover unique ways of reaching/speaking to consumers that inspires creative;
- You are motivated to continue learning and sharing knowledge;
- Ideally, you worked on campaigns that won strategy awards such as Effie, APG or IPA
