To support the teams who are powering this ecosystem we have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Strategy, Human Resources, Central Services and PR and Communications.

Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented Strategy Intern to join the Strategy & Transformation team.

The Strategy & Transformation team serves as the driving force behind YNAP, playing a central role in our decision-making processes:

- Our role is to make sure that YNAP is asking itself the right questions, and to develop answers to the underlying economic questions that underpin risk taking, operational & corporate decisions. - We address short and long-term strategic decisions by advising the CEO and other senior stakeholders, and by engaging the entire organization and aligning objectives across functions and stores.

We identify opportunities, generate momentum, and quantify and measure short and long-term goals. - We frame & challenge all business decisions in the company.

We are responsible for turning data into actionable intelligence, ensuring that PnL owners within the organisation have a clear & quantifiable understanding of their decision space. - We design and develop innovative and original frameworks, mathematical models, and processes aimed at generating transparency and efficiency across multiple corporate processes such as Customer Base forecasting, Commercial Planning, Profit estimation and maximization.

Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:

- You will contribute to the team effort to design innovative solutions to known problems, combining business insight with quantitative acumen and delivering tangible solution that enable YNAP's decision-taking processes.

This means being able to transform abstract concepts into clear mathematical models (MS Excel). - You develop and evaluate business cases across functions and stores, and will monitor their impact identifying growth potential, margin upsides, ROI. - You will participate the inception, kick-off, implementation, and delivery of key high-stakes projects across all our stores and functions.

The type of person we are looking for:

- Master's degree in STEM disciplines, Finance, Business, or similar- Excellent quantitative skills (mathematical modeling & financial analysis). - Comfortable managing & analysing large amounts of data in MS Excel, or similar tools- Ability to communicate effectively with other colleagues and with external parties- Language skills: Fluency in English is mandatory- Passion for e-commerce and marked inclination for Internet and hybrid business models
