We are seeking a professional individual to join our team as a Strategy Lead (d/f/m).

**The role**:

**Coordinate strategy process(es) across the organization**: Support the leadership team, our cross-functional and functional teams with crafting and implementing strategy in a highly agile company environment.

Be the internal go-to-person for strategy and related work, including also market analysis and competitors benchmarking;

Continuously improve the process of strategy development, driving our story and evolving the business;

Contribute to the set-up of company targets related to the strategy and support the preparation of the related financial statements;

Develop, own and evolve the company's Strategy Map;

Own, maintain and evolve our strategy execution monitoring aiming for constant feedback loops, risk and opportunity assessments and agile improvements;

Interact with the broader corporation (incl.

Adevinta Corporate Strategy and M&A Team) and any external (strategy) consultants;

Contribute to local acquisition strategy, target search and potential implementation and integration together with Corporate Strategy and M&A team;

Grow our research and insights efforts together with our agile coach and customer insights teams, enabling us to bring an outside-in view and incorporate external insights into our strategy;

Report into the CFO and work alongside the leadership team.

**Qualifications**:

**What we are looking for**:

Professional experience (5+ yrs), preferably in an e-commerce or online marketplace environment or strategy consulting environment with exposure to digital players

Proven track record in strategy and operations (i. e.

developed business strategy in a fast paced, agile environment and drove its execution, proven entrepreneurial mindset through achieved business success stories and experience with project management essential)

Proven track record to drive ideas from conception to implementation and iteration of improvements (i. e.

OKR driven mindset)

Substantial experience in agile working environment

Profound experience with analytics and business data management (i. e.

company performance measurements, business analytics skills and tool knowledge)

Strong collaborator and facilitator, no "Ivory Tower" mentality.
