ENCO is searching for a Strategy Market/Business Analyst to oversee the exploitation endeavors of research and innovation projects, funded by the European Commission under the Horizon programme. The selected individual will be tasked with crafting strategic and quantitative analyses on industry value chains, market trends and end-user requirements, devising business models and plans, and formulating go-to-market strategies for the innovative solutions developed within the assigned projects. Working with companies, universities and research centres from all over Europe, the ideal candidate should possess the ability to swiftly grasp and elaborate on complex information, comprehend the needs of projects and consortia, lead the formulation of post-project strategies, and translate them into effective business models and plans.

Responsibilities Conducting market analysis through primary and secondary research methods. Evaluating business opportunities using quantitative models on the addressable market. Defining go-to-market strategies and replication models. Developing business models and plans. Devising dissemination and exploitation strategies to support the go-to-market. Skills and experience Experience in market analysis, strategy, business modelling. Presentations to an audience. 2-5 years of experience in market research, insight, advisory, or strategy role within a market research organization, academia, management consulting company, or strategic marketing department of companies developing innovative solutions. Master's degree in economics, social sciences, or equivalent. Fluency in Italian and English (minimum C1); proficiency in another European language is desirable.
