About the CompanyVerdalia Bioenergy is seeking a Strategy Project Manager to play a pivotal role in bridging business development and strategic execution.

Based in Milan, this position involves deploying, monitoring, and following up on strategic projects, while closely collaborating with teams in both Italy and Spain.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Analysis:Track and monitor the pipeline of business opportunities. Conduct valuation analyses, benchmarking, and develop strategic market insights (e. g. , biofertilizers, nitrogen). Coordination Collaboration:Collaborate with the Business Development team and internal stakeholders to drive results. Coordinate MA processes, including offer preparation and follow-up actions. Liaise with the legal team on regulatory and compliance aspects when required. Board Investment Support:Develop and present high-quality materials for Board meetings and investment discussions. Project Integration Implementation:Manage the follow-up and implementation of strategic projects. Act as a central point of coordination across teams such as Project Development, Strategy, and Commercial. Qualifications:Education Experience:Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Mechanical, or related) from a top-tier university. 5-6 years of experience in demanding strategy-related roles, ideally within a top-tier consulting firm. Skills Knowledge:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in financial modeling and statistical analyses. Familiarity with bioenergy, biofertilizers, or related industries. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively. Proactive and autonomous approach to managing projects in technical and fast-paced environments. Basic understanding of Italian and EU regulatory frameworks (preferred but not essential). Additional Requirements:Comfortable working cross-functionally in an international setting. Ability to handle pressure while maintaining a strategic mindset.
