**Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a **Sales Assistant** to help us reach our organic goals.

If you have a previous experience in top level retail, a deep interest in fashion and enjoy helping customers, this could be the job for you.

**What you will do**:

Under the direction of the Store Manager you would advise store customers on a range of products and maximize sales.

- Receiving, processing, and organizing shipments and deliveries accordingly.

- Restocking depleted or low shop items and ensuring that the sales floor is organized according to Store manager's established guidelines.

- Assisting customers in locating desired shop items.

- Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases.

- Addressing and resolving customers complaints in a professional manner.

- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed.

**Requirements for this role**:

- Background in top-end retail along with **a** **deep knowledge of streetwear market.

- English and Italian proficiency are required.

- Good organizational skills.

- Flexibility on working hours, including Saturdays and Sundays.

- Good personal standing.

- You will also need to be honest, reliable and polite.
