Job Description Very large-scale programs (double digit million $) Calculation and design of building structures Feasibility studies for new projects (time, costs, plans) Supervision and technical coordination of the engineering partners and external consultants Supervision of the construction phase, to ensure works timing, cost and quality Quality assurance of CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) works RFQ (Request For Quotation) and supplier selection Weekly engineering meeting and all included responsibilities (scope, design review, planning, new materials qualification) Change order management & cost control Developing, reviewing and maintaining ST standards and specifications Ensure compatibility of building materials with respect to working environments, codes, firefighting and insurance requirements Skills in value engineering, risk analysis, SWOT matrices The Successful Applicant Emotional intelligence, capability to work as a team Civil / Building Engineering degree (preparatory classes is a plus) Successful experience in a technical engineering and construction domain Willingness to contribute to major investments projects Pragmatic, energetic & capability to make projects go fast Ability to plan and manage priorities Resilience, tolerance to stress, flexibility Independence, precision Proficiency in Autocad, Revit, Navisworks, Project, Excel What's on Offer Attractive package Human, dynamic and passionate team High responsibility position Advanced projects & very large range scientific aspect Qualifications Master's degree No experience level required Languages: English (Business fluent), Italian (Business fluent), French as a third language could be a plus We encourage candidates who may not meet every single requirement to apply, as we appreciate diverse perspectives and provide opportunities for growth and learning.
