**MISSION**:With the aid of computer systems (specifically FEM simulator, through Hypermesh/Optistruct software), he /she has the mission to analyze and provide virtual simulations capable of achieving an important solution.

He/she shares any critical issues with the working team in compliance with the technical specifications required by the customer and respecting time and costs constraints.

Driver in the technical choices to be taken.

Able to manage the development product phase, virtually and in advance simulating the effective model of tests required by the customer.

**ACTIVITIES**:

- To ensure, in cooperation with the Program Manager, the Design Leader, the reference Designer and the Laboratory Technologists the planning of the activities concerning the Thermal / Structural analysis according to the customer milestones

- 3D CAD file management

- To run Structural simulations and suggest mechanical solutions, so that the product respects the customer requests and specifications within the agreed terms, quickly notifying the platform on possible risks linked and

- correctly managing priorities and assigned urgencies.

- To contribute to the materials selection especially for mechanical properties

- To support the product development platforms in the definition of the important processes in the field of the structural aspects.

- To be involved in the product improvement in collaboration with designers for important solution

- To be available for transfer to clients and OLSA plants

- Ensure that the team manages the projects in compliance with the standards and policies relating to the environmental management system applicable.

**EDUCATION LEVEL AND MATTERS OF STUDIES**:

Engineering or Scientific.

Master Degree 5/+
