Internship Description The purpose of the internship is to support, manage, and help teachers and students during their educational experience.

The resource will support the Student & Academic Services team in producing and improving programs, monitoring students' presence, and the preparation and distribution of welcome kits, certifications, and general services.

The intern will assist the office in providing students, staff, and faculty with the tools and support needed for student success.

The team will serve as the central repository for all student records, monitor required academic milestones, provide academic advising and support for undergraduate students, collaborate with academic departments to provide academic support for graduate students, and act as the primary liaison between current students and the Faculty.

The resource will support the Student & Academic Services team in the following activities:

Support Academic Services staff in managing student and tutor requests.

Monitor emails from students and tutors.

Assist in the daily organization of courses and data entry activities.

Manage paper and online registers and monitor student attendance.

Education & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Humanities or Social-Economic field; English proficiency; Good knowledge of Office Suite; Accuracy and punctuality; Intellectual curiosity and a desire to maintain the highest professional standards to deliver excellence and innovation in services.
