A leading international graduate Institute, based in Milan with fashion and luxury company network, is looking for an **Enthusiastic** **Advisor** to deliver the operational Student journey, from the orientation services, to the selection and enrolment processes, ensuring a smooth, complete, and conscious educational journey for all the Students.

The Student and Academic Support Lead will carry out the smooth process related to each learner's journey in conjunction with key stakeholders across the business.

This includes:

- to provide information, support and advice on academic and non-academic queries (including for example: educational goals, programs feature, selection procedures, Institute policies, finance and funding, learning support) and coordinating with the appropriate departments if needed;

- to advise on educational programs and mentoring students;

- to manage the prospect data and complete to the enrolment journey in a timely manner to queries;

- to maintain accurate records on the students' journeys and orientation activities;

- to organize admission interviews with report to the Academic Committee, and further enrolment, with direct contact with Institute Stakeholders.

The role is a will directly report to the **Head of Academic Affairs**, ensuring a smooth educational journey for all the Master and Short Courses' Students.

- **Positive, enthusiastic, can do attitude, flexible and willing to learn;**:

- **Fluent in English both written and spoken** (official language of Milano Fashion Institute);

- Good knowledge of Office Suite: Excel, Word, Power Point and CRM data management;

- Able to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally, inside a multi-cultural context;

- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced and growing environment;

- With time management skills;

- Able to work independently and in small teams, requiring to perform from time to time other eventual duties;
