The Role We are now looking for a Student Assistant to join the EasyPark Distribution department. This role reports to the distribution business development team in the EasyPark office in Milan. In the role of Student Assistant, you will get to be part of a fast-growing company, get the possibility to work in a truly global environment, and a possibility to acquire knowledge of strategy and transformation at a global level. We offer a flexible work schedule (12 hours per week). This is a paid internship, which can be extracurricular or qualify as a curricular internship. We expect the internship to start in March 2024 with a duration of 12 months, with possibility of extension. This is a rare opportunity to not only be part of a rapidly growing company (we're doubling the user base on a yearly basis and add on average one new market per year) with a start-up culture and agile work processes but as well to get the chance to be an entrepreneur. In addition, the student assistant will be at the forefront of new technology platforms and they'll learn from and partner directly with product and marketing leaders as well as the teams from the various markets to build the world's most appreciated on-demand/marketplace service. The service is pan-European and will become global. You will contribute & make an impact through: Researching and analysing new markets, competitors, products and industry trends and build recommendations Build and analyse dashboards and reports Creation and maintenance of scorecards, functional KPIs and reporting Support local markets data collection and data quality efforts Bring a fresh mind-set into your work and help us being good at getting better Your background We don't think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following: Currently in your first year of Master's Degree or last year of Bachelor's Preferably have a background in business, economics or management engineering studies Experience of working or studying in ahigh performance environment Analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills through verbal and written skills Humble and enthusiastic approach towards handling basic and more complex project tasks Take ownership on projects and tasks, work independently and get results Fluency in verbal and written English is a must Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e. g. Looker, Power BI) is a plus Extra languages are a plus (Italian, French, Spanish, German, etc. ) This role is based in Milan, Italy.
