Your mission should you choose to accept it. . . As our Student Experience Manager, you'll design and deliver meaningful and engaging journeys for our student members, from their first impression of TSH to their transition as alumni.
Your work will ensure that every interaction reflects The Social Hub's mission of creating a better society, fostering connection, and making TSH a place where students thrive and create unforgettable memories, ensuring they become lifelong members.

What you will do Design and implement onboarding and offboarding processes that are engaging, memorable, and aligned with TSH's brand values to foster connections and build community among new students.
Introduce gamified challenges and activities.
Collaborate with B2+ & alumni students to serve as ambassadors in the onboarding process.
Enrich the offboarding experience.
Ensure programming is inclusive, accessible, and supports mental and physical health with a focus on our students creating a space for meaningful connections between alumni, parents and TSH.
Collaborate with our data team to get insights about our student wellbeing which we can use for future strategies.
Define and execute the TSH Alumni strategy, including creating a membership model to sustain engagement post-offboarding by integrating it with a comprehensive alumni strategy.
Create a tailored digital journey for parents, providing information and support during key moments in the student lifecycle.
Work closely with teams such as The Studio, CRM, Membership, and Meetings & Events to coordinate and deliver projects aligned with student experience goals.
Integrate tools like the Hyper Island Toolkit into projects involving M&E and private offices to enhance engagement and innovation.
Who you are Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Creative mindset with a passion for innovation Experience in community engagement and project management Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent organizational abilities Empathetic, with a strong connection to students Enthusiastic about enhancing student journeys and experiences Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) What We Offer The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company.
