Student Housing Officer - Booking And Sales
COMPANY INFORMATION
MilanHousing SRL manages **housing services for international and Italian students** from the moment they search for accommodation until the end of their contract, supporting the students throughout their stay.
The primary purpose of the position is the **BOOKING PROCESS** **operative job**, giving information to those interested, providing details on the accommodation and having a strong selling ability.
The duties of the position involve a combination of office work, relationships with students/landlords and selected agents/providers.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1.
_Support to the accommodation booking process_: _ students' requests monitoring (related to both long-stay and short-term programs), documents collection, data archive.

_Relationship with landlords: _ assist landlords from the acquisition process until the booking is complete, providing a clear explanation of the service and being a reference point throughout all the steps.
4.
_Tailor-made accommodation_: assist agents and providers with their groups of students, selecting the rights providers and assisting them with dedicated accommodation offers.
5.
_Agreements with partners_: keep track of all the active agreements with accommodation providers (hotel, residence etc), monitoring the contracts and the students' booking process.
6.
_Upload information and ads on the website: _ make sure the ads are precise and complete, writing descriptions and uploading pictures, improve current ads and keep track of the availabilities.
7.
_Manage students' arrival and departure_: check-in and check-out schedule with coordination of the involved operators, welcoming future students during the check-in, explaining them the main points of the contract, providing a clear explanation of the service.
8.
_Administrative support: _ checking students' documents (passports, VISA, fiscal codes) and collecting them when missing, monitoring deadlines, archiving students' contracts into dedicated folders, preparing new students' folders before their arrival.
**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other requirements**:
- **1/2 years of experience** working in similar environments (Sales - Academic - Front Office)
- **BA or Master Degree** in Tourism, Hospitality, Languages.
- Excellent **English knowledge**, both written and spoken language, equivalent to B2/C1 (CEFR) that will be tested during the interview.
- Excellent **computer skills** to work with Gmail, Office (Word, Excel, Power point), Google Drive (mainly Google Sheets) or similar.
- Excellent **sales skills** and orientation towards company objectives.
- Excellent **communication skills**, with attention to verbal/non-verbal communication, cross-cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to **negotiate**.
- **Problem solving **and **teamwork **attitude.
- Ability to **deal with stress**, during peak-times.
- Driving license B.
Knowledge of a third language (beside Italian and English) will be considered a plus.
**COMPENSATION**: to be agreed according to the experience
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno
Disponibilità:
- Dal lunedì al venerdì
- Turno diurno

- 20143 Milano, MI: Poter raggiungere agevolmente la sede lavorativa o avere intenzione di trasferirsi prima di iniziare il lavoro (Obbligatorio)
