Student Recruitment Manager
The role will directly report to the Head of Academic Affairs, and in direct contact with different functions of the Institute, from the University Academic Committee to the Communication Management Team.
The Student Recruitment Manager will work collaboratively across the Institute departments, ensuring that marketing, recruitment and admissions activities will support in a smooth way the prospective students' experience.
This includes:
communications to prospect students and external stakeholders, advising on educational programs and mentoring students;
managing and responding in a timely manner to queries;
providing an effective phone orientation service experience to prospect students, supporting them in the evaluation process and in their following progress;
- management information (MI) reporting and analysis;
providing information, support and advice on academic and non-academic queries (including for example: educational goals, programs features, selection procedures, Institute policies, finance and funding, learning support) and coordinating with the appropriate departments if needed;
to maintain accurate records on the students' journeys and orientation activities, recording data very accurately;
- ensuring the smooth administrative processes related to the selection, with report to the Academic Committee, and further enrolment, with direct contact with University Stakeholders.
The goal is to provide the smoothest prospect student experience, ensuring to deliver the most complete information, lead orientation support, maximizing the recruitment effort of the Institute.
At least 2 years of previous work experience;
Experience of higher education context, on marketing and recruitment;
Ability to lead and proactively work for a customer service culture;
Experience of managing an enquiry handling, customer service process and CRM system;
Fluent in English both written and spoken (official language of Milano Fashion Institute);
With very good knowledge of Office Suite: Excel, Word, Power Point;
Able to report to the TMT and to coordinate inter-functional processes;
Able to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally, inside a multi-cultural context;
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced and growing environment;
Positive, enthusiastic attitude;
With entrepreneurial attitude, and appropriate time management skills;
Able to work independently and in small teams, requiring to perform from time to time other eventual duties;
Flexible and willing to learn;
Able to produce quickly and prolifically.
