Students' Orientation & Admission Advisor / Riyadh
The **Students' Orientation & Admission Advisor**will play a key role in supporting the launch and growth of Istituto Marangoni in Riyadh.
This role focuses on executing recruitment strategies, assisting families through the admissions process, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for prospective students and their families.
Working within a dynamic and evolving startup environment, the **Students' Orientation & Admission Advisor** will directly contribute to meeting enrollment targets, fostering community engagement, and building the school's reputation as a premier educational institution.
**Key Responsibilities
**Students' Recruitment
- **Execute Recruitment Campaigns**: Implement recruitment initiatives, including digital marketing, in-person events, and open houses, to attract prospective families. Ensure the conversion rate of leads and applicants in line with the School' targets. Provide key support in organizing school fairs, webinars, and outreach activities to promote the school.
- ** Family Engagement**: Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families, addressing inquiries and providing accurate and timely information about the school. Build positive relationships with families and guide them through the admissions process.
**Admission Process
- ** Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-ups with prospective families to ensure timely progression through the admissions pipeline. Provide ongoing updates to families, ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey.
**Performance Monitoring
- ** Market Insights**: Support the manager in conducting research on local and international education markets to identify trends and opportunities for students' recruitment.
**Education & Professional Skills
- **Experience**:Experience in students' orientation and recruitment, customer service, or admissions (educational sector preferred).
- ** Language Skills**: Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills is mandatory.
- ** Educational Background**:Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- ** Enrollment Expertise**: Proven ability to drive students' recruitment and to ensure conversion rate.
- ** Communication**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with families and stakeholders.
- ** CRM**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems or admissions platforms.
