A leadership role that will support the growth and operations of ANCC Studio, working closely with the Creative Director & Founder, as well as our fractional CEO.

We are looking for a candidate with strong expertise in project management, client relations, and business development to drive the studio's continued success. The RoleServe as the primary liaison between clients and the studio, ensuring seamless project delivery. Bring creative and strategic problem-solving to client challenges. A solutions-focused mindset and strong leadership skills. Maintain positive relationships with clients, team members, and external partners. Onboard new business opportunities and assist in hiring new team members. Conduct monthly check-ins with retained clients, ensuring successful engagement and performance. Oversee the execution of projects, including ANCC Studio's client work, websites, branding, and internal initiatives. Collaborate with the fractional CEO to develop and execute strategies for business expansion. Monitor studio financials and suggest actionable solutions for growth. Play a key role in expanding ANCC Studio into new markets, including Paris and Milan. Studio-led Special ProjectsLead ANCC-branded initiatives, such as books, partnerships, and creative collaborations. Working with ANCCPrior experience in managing projects, teams, and clients, meeting deadlines and targets. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Based in London with the ability to travel to Paris or vice versa. Ideally fluent in English and French. The CandidateComes from one of the following backgrounds:Account/Project Manager within a creative or digital agency. Client Services Manager with experience in business development.
