We are looking for Studio Engineers with a keen eye for details to join our team in Rome.

As a Studio Engineer, you will be the link between design and engineering for projects within the field of retail design, reaching from show windows and creative pop-up shops to large-scale decorative installations.

With your engineering background, you will communicate and transfer information between the relevant parties through 3D-data, providing the best solutions, both technically and aesthetically.

You should possess excellent skills in finding fast and creative solutions for projects that tend to change constantly.

You should be used to a high pace and be able to work with very tight deadlines, completing projects in a timely manner.

Ability to sketch solutions by hand is a plus.

Tasks:Collection of design criteria from clients, designers, manufacturers. Development of CAD models balanced between design intent, CMF, and manufacturing restraints. Direct communication with clients and manufacturers. Issue surfaces to manufacturers. Coordination of prototype productions. Supervision of final engineering, structural calculations, and productions. Technical Requirements:Ability to sketch design solutions and technical details by hand. Previous experience as a studio engineer. Advanced knowledge of Solidworks, Catia, AutoCAD Alias, AutoCAD (3D), or similar. Good knowledge of the English language, spoken and written. Personal Skills:Experience in technical development for manufacturing purposes. Proactive and result-oriented approach. Good logical and analytical skills. Ability to plan and manage own activities autonomously. Hands-on approach. Availability and flexibility to travel abroad. Seniority Level:Entry level
