An exciting opportunity has arisen within JS as Studio Operations Specialist.

Your Mission:

- Oversee the seasonal and annual collection Critical Path and calendar for RTW, BAGS, SHOES for all Collections, as well as all collaborations and special projects

- Partner with the Studio Director, Mktg and Operations/Product development for each category to and to ensure the collection is delivered within budget and to ensure deadlines are adhered to

- Ensure all Heads of Department are continuously briefed on calendar developments

- Remain updated and action any changes following updates from all the Depts involved in the collection development process

- Carry out forward planning to mitigate any risks and present solutions to resolve any concerns

- Anticipate the necessary arrangements according to the Studio calendar including work travels

- Your Talent:

- Previous experience in a similar role within Product or Studio Depts where you have been required to prioritize and multi-task various and competing demands

- Proven knowledge of the design and collection development process

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface regularly with internal and external stakeholders across the business

- Highly flexible and seeks opportunity to problem solve and manage competing priorities

- Proven ability of building and maintaining relationships

- Ability to be discrete, confidential and reliable at all times

Systems and Essentials- Computer literate, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel &PowerPoint)
