Study Advisor (SA) Role The Study Advisor reports to the Service Manager and the Center Director and is responsible for setting a warm and welcoming learning environment.
The SA contributes to the students' learning by providing a professional, fun, and interactive learning environment in the Speaking Center, giving feedback and motivating students.
Duties and Responsibilities The Study Advisor will work primarily in the Speaking Centre, helping to create an appropriate learning atmosphere by implementing and promoting the Wall Street English Method.
In addition, you have specific responsibilities:
Study Advisor duties include: Presenting the Wall Street English method and supporting students in their learning experience Providing study advice and motivating students towards their learning objective Providing feedback on students' progress Booking classes and carrying out follow-up Liaising with Consultants and preparing Student Progress Profiles with feedback on Students' progress Covering reception tasks (welcoming, phone calls, managing the centre calendar) Your Profile Minimum C1 level of English University degree completed or in progress Excellent computer skills Excellent interpersonal skills—patient, responsible, and empathetic Willingness to learn and develop professionally Dedicated and dynamic within a team environment Inspiring and supportive School opening hours: Monday to Friday 9:00-21:00
Saturdays 9:00-16:00
Timetable: Part time 25 hours a week.
